Many museums offer FREE admission days once a month
The most interactive, educational and relevant family-friendly museum in the county! We love the Ag Museum because it appeals to a variety of ages.
They have a play little fruit market, a photo-worthy tractor kids can climb on, bird sounds display, seed-matching, a bee hive and many others. All in a large space and an outdoor garden.
926 Railroad Ave, Santa Paula, CA 93060
One of my favorite family friendly museums with great temporary exhibits, hands-on activities in every room and an expansive outdoor space/nature trail all in a mission-style building. Stroller friendly.
We recommend buying admission to the Sea Center at the same time for a discount.
Free admission on select dates. Please visit their website for more information.
Displays historic material from the Naval Construction Force (Seabee's) and U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. They have a STEM room where the entire family can create and build. A wonderful space and playroom for kids of all ages. We all had fun.
Visit FREE on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
Maritime history, culture and conservation. Just a few kid-friendly/interactive displays. The lego boat station was a big hit. They provide a scavenger hunt that is ideal for school-aged kids.
Free for kids 12 and under, Suggested donation of $9
Large show rooms allow you to always have within view your young curious car aficionado

THE MURPHY AUTO MUSEUM
2230 Statham Blvd.
Oxnard, California 93033
Lots of valuable presidential history and a walk on an actual Air Force One aircraft.
We enjoy visiting on President’s Day because they host an annual celebration with lots of lawn games and activities.
